# Implementation Report — Full Verification & Production Ready ## 1. Executive Summary This report documents the end-to-end design, implementation, and verification of: 1. **Financial Period Closing (Tutup Buku Keuangan)** with immutable snapshots, strict validation, transactional locking, permissioned reopening with mandatory reasons, and an immutable audit trail. 2. **Access Isolation & Routing Guard** ensuring fail-closed authentication and application isolation across ERP, POS, and B2B. 3. **ERP Role & Dashboard Widgets System** covering all 16 builtin roles with declarative metadata, persistent role policy, and personal user preferences. 4. **Interactive Detail Modals** enabling drill-down analysis and operational actions for all 14 dashboard widgets. 5. **Full Zero-Defect Verification** across lint, typecheck, drift check, unit tests, integration tests, and production builds. --- ## 2. Financial Period Closing (Tutup Buku Keuangan) ### 2.1 Domain Lifecycle & Database Schema - **Lifecycle Statuses**: - `open`: Period accepts standard transactional journals and cash movements. - `locked`: Period is closed and permanently frozen; all operational mutations within the period date range are rejected. - `reopened`: Period has been formally reopened under permissioned override with a mandatory business justification. - **Migration `000125_accounting_period_reopen_and_widgets.sql`**: - Enhanced `accounting_periods` with `reopened_at`, `reopened_by`, and `reopen_reason`. - Updated check constraint `status_check` (`open`, `locked`, `reopened`). - Created `accounting_period_logs` table recording `period_year`, `period_month`, `action` (`closed`, `reopened`), `actor_id`, `actor_name`, `reason`, `snapshot`, and `created_at`. - Hashed and validated via Atlas (`atlas migrate hash` and `atlas migrate validate`). ### 2.2 Backend Architecture & API Contracts - Authoritative financial calculations: - `sales_total`, `sales_count`: Sourced from completed invoices and orders within period bounds. - `cashflow_in`, `cashflow_out`, `net_cashflow`: Sourced from authoritative cashflow ledger. - `journal_debit`, `journal_credit`, `unposted_journals`: Sourced from general ledger journals. - `is_balanced`: Debet equals Kredit verification. - **Transactional Close**: - Acquires `SELECT ... FOR UPDATE` lock on the period row. - Verifies period is not already locked (idempotent / conflict-safe). - Creates immutable JSON `close_snapshot`. - Inserts audit record into `accounting_period_logs`. - **Permissioned Reopening**: - Gated by `accounting.periods.reopen`. - Validates mandatory `reason` (rejected if empty). - Transitions status to `reopened` and records audit entry. - **Endpoints Mounted**: - `GET /api/v1/accounting/periods` - `GET /api/v1/accounting/periods/{year}/{month}` - `GET /api/v1/accounting/periods/{year}/{month}/preview` - `POST /api/v1/accounting/periods/{year}/{month}/validate` - `POST /api/v1/accounting/periods/{year}/{month}/close` - `POST /api/v1/accounting/periods/{year}/{month}/reopen` - `GET /api/v1/accounting/periods/{year}/{month}/history` ### 2.3 ERP Frontend (`AccountingPeriodsPage.vue`) - Year and status filters (`open`, `locked`, `reopened`). - Real-time financial summary KPI cards. - Pre-closing validation checklist verifying debit/credit balance, unposted journals, and cash reconciliations. - Confirmation dialog with clear consequences summary prior to locking. - Reopening modal with minimum 10-character mandatory justification. - Immutable closing snapshot display for locked periods. - Full audit trail history table. --- ## 3. Access Isolation & Security Invariants - **Backend Authoritative Enforcement**: - Endpoints strictly enforce authentication and application boundaries via `RequireApp` (`AppERP`, `AppPOS`, `AppECommerce`) and `RequireAnyApp`. - Frontend route guards in ERP, POS, and B2B act as defense-in-depth, always refreshing canonical identity from `/auth/me`. - Negative access attempts are rejected at the server with HTTP 403 Forbidden. --- ## 4. ERP Role Audit & Dynamic Dashboard Widgets ### 4.1 Role Matrix & Default Widget Policy All 16 builtin roles are audited with curated default widget sets: - `admin` / `owner`: All 14 operational, sales, finance, inventory, and HR widgets. - `gm` / `bm`: High-level executive and branch monitoring widgets (Revenue, Cashflow, Top Products, Low Stock, Active Shifts, Active POs). - `spv` / `sales`: Sales pipeline, AO/NOO performance, and category metrics. - `finance` / `finance_head`: Cashflow, Period Closing Status, Pending Invoices, Stock Value. - `warehouse`: Low Stock, Top Products, Stock Value, Pending POs. - `store_manager`: Active Shifts, Low Stock, POS Revenue, Recent Orders. - `cashier`: Active Shifts, Top Products. - `hr_manager` / `hr_staff` / `employee`: HR Attendance Summary. ### 4.2 Widget Registry (14 Enterprise Widgets) 1. `revenue-trend`: Daily revenue & order volume trend chart. 2. `cashflow`: Operational cash in / out chart. 3. `category-performance`: Sales breakdown by product category. 4. `top-products`: Best-selling products by quantity and value. 5. `recent-orders`: Recent sales orders awaiting processing. 6. `pending-invoices`: Outstanding receivables and overdue invoices. 7. `stock-value`: Inventory valuation based on COGS (HPP). 8. `low-stock`: Stock items below minimum threshold. 9. `recent-noo`: New Open Outlets (NOO) registrations. 10. `ao-performance`: Active Outlet (AO) transaction ratios and visits. 11. `period-status`: Accounting period closing & lock status. 12. `active-shifts`: Cashier register shifts in progress. 13. `pending-pos`: Active purchase orders with suppliers. 14. `hr-attendance-summary`: Staff attendance, leaves, and presence. ### 4.3 Persistence & Personalization - Role-based widget policy stored under `app_settings` (`dashboard_widgets_policy`). - User-specific widget preferences stored under `app_settings` (`dashboard_widgets_user_{id}`). - Fail-closed security: Even if a widget is toggled in user preferences, it is hidden if the user's role lacks the underlying permission (`canRenderWidget(auth, id)`). - `RolesPage.vue`: Added "Pengaturan Widget Dashboard per Peran" section with role selector, category grouping, permission requirement indicators, and reset-to-default capability. - `DashboardPage.vue`: Added "Atur Widget" personalization modal allowing individual users to toggle widgets and reset to role defaults. --- ## 5. Interactive Detail Modals Each of the 14 widgets features interactive click targets (header buttons, row clicks, stat cards) that open dedicated drill-down modals located in `apps/erp/src/components/dashboard/modals/`: - `RevenueTrendModal.vue` - `CashflowModal.vue` - `CategoryPerformanceModal.vue` - `TopProductsModal.vue` - `RecentOrdersModal.vue` - `PendingInvoicesModal.vue` - `StockValueModal.vue` (in `components/inventory/`) - `LowStockModal.vue` - `RecentNOOModal.vue` - `AOPerformanceModal.vue` - `PeriodStatusModal.vue` - `ActiveShiftsModal.vue` - `ActivePOsModal.vue` - `HRAttendanceModal.vue` --- ## 6.
