# Phase 11 — Returns Documents

Implement customer-facing return/cancellation/refund presentation and commerce document access where supported.

## Rules
- Implement only the e-commerce features in `docs/FEATURES.md`.
- Do not implement excluded ERP/non-e-commerce features.
- Use Nuxt UI as the primary UI system.
- Keep custom UI minimal.
- Use `design-taste-frontend`, `ui-ux-pro-max`, and `nuxt-ui` when available.
- Use centralized Axios.
- Do not invent backend behavior.
- Implement all relevant loading, empty, validation, error, and permission states.
- Add/update TypeScript types, API services, composables, tests, and documentation.
- Update the feature matrix as implementation progresses.

## Exit criteria
Every applicable feature in this phase has an implemented workflow, not merely a route/page; its acceptance criteria are satisfied; and no out-of-scope ERP functionality has been introduced.
